Except for Jenkins getting hot late it was a good defensive effort; that guy was unconscious in the second half and should have been identified after the first make but he kept getting loose. That's why you play these early non-conf. games-to help your team come together in time for the B10 season. By the way, did anybody else not know Vandy was ranked 24th in the country before last nights game? Although the game got close I never thought for a second it was in doubt because of the talent difference. We must be a top 15 team. ;-) Tisdale seems to be communicating more with the refs and Davis seems much more assertive on the glass.<BR>

Tonight was a step forward for the team. They still need to work on crashing the boards better and we had a few really stupid turnovers when we should have pushed the lead out. I’m going to assume tonight’s FT performance was an aberration. Coach Weber seemed pleased with the effort in the post game comments.</SPAN></FONT></P>
