[Oskee] Still feels nice to beat the Loosiers

Watching Mike D play it seems that his offensive game affects the rest of his game a little too much. I think Mike is the type of guy you need to try to run a set play for early to get him involved and in the flow of the game. Sometimes he works very hard for inside position but doesn't get the ball. It seems to frustrate him.

To his credit, he still seems to do a very good job of finding Tisdale and others in positions to score.

Penn St.always scares me. They just seem to have our number
lately. Maybe that will be a little extra motivation for the guys.

As for Davis , it is true that he 11 rebounds, but he
just was not mentally into the game. Bad passes, not ready to catch the
ball, not seemingly looking for much of anything on the offensive end.

If we have any hope of making the tourney,
we absolutely cannot lose tomorrow night.

Our recent record at
home against Penn State is not good.
Tomorrow night is looking pretty scary to me.

I thought Mike Davis
had a lousy game, too. But the stats show 11 rebounds.

I’m beginning to think we’d be
better off just spotting the opposing team 15 points at tip off. At least
that would give us more time to catch up! :-P

Oh well, a road win in the big ten is like
gold so I’ll take it. But our margin for error is pretty much nil
at this point. We cannont afford to lose any of our games to Indiana , Penn St., Iowa , or Northwestern.
And the way Michigan
is looking now, we better not lose that one either.

By the way, somebody page Mike Davis and
have him return to planet earth.

Yup, Kevin, good week for those of us living in enemy
territory. Had me a little worried for a while tonight, though.

Well I've been rather quiet this season but I can still get the blood pressure going in beating Indiana ! Why do we have to suck every first half.
McCamey took over the game in the second half and Tisdale was a stud
Tonight. Larry R. And I should be happy in beating pur nemsis this week.
