[Oskee] Jordan scholarship

As Kevin mentions, athletic scholarships are year to year so allowing Jeff Jordan to use one that is currently unfilled for this year/semester does not mean he will use one next year.  It is my understanding that being on Scholarship allows Jeff  some perks that are not available to Non-scholarship athletes such as being able to eat at the training table.  

Also by my spreadsheet the number of scholarships next year depends on what happens with CJ Jackson. This is CJ's 4th year so depending on how he is tracking on graduation requirements he may graduate this year so next year's scholarship situation isn't set in stone.

My guess is that it is year to year and he may not have one next year. If he
has one available he can give it out. I seem to recall that he has done this
