[Oskee] It's official

No surprise here.  I think we all pretty much knew this was coming.  It will
be interesting to see if we are able to nab a high profile running back like
Jamie Harper now that Rashard's playing time is available.  However, I think
Pollard and Dufrene will do a fine job next year, as well as the others we
have coming in.
