Amen, brother!  I think a lot of folks here only post during the week, so hopefully traffic will pick up Monday.

I had to watch the game last night because we were at the state fair during the day, and I had gotten spoiled to the fact that we won, so it took a little of the excitement out of actually watching it, but it was still great.  I don't think Wisconsin has a great defense based on how many yards and points MSU dropped on them last week, and I still want to see us pick up a win in a tough road environment against a solid team (which Indiana is looking like right now, but I doubt their home environment can compare to the tougher places in the conference), but the improvement over last year is HUGE.  We look really good on both sides of the ball, and the depth on offense seems very good given how many folks are contributing big plays.  Given our relative youth and Zook's recruiting ability, we should continue to improve.  At this point we're a lock for some kind of bowl, perhaps even a prominent one if we can keep it up, and we've logged a couple of the
 biggest wins in recent memory.  Anything else this year is gravy... :-)

p.s. - the only downside is that it appears to be impossible for the Bears and Illini to be good in the same year...

Amazed that after the biggest football win in years, not one post here.  I
know we're mostly hoops junkies on this board, but wow.

This was a great win and Zook deserves all the attention he is getting after
slogging through 2 seasons of hell.

Nice to be smiling on Saturday afternoons in the fall again.
