but just checked the Web site of one of our Fort Wayne TV stations.

DeShaun Thomas Commits To Ohio St.
  Jun 01, 2007 - (Fort Wayne)- DeShaun Thomas is listed as the top 
basketball prospect in the country for 2010 by Scout.com. The soon to 
be high school Sophomore won't have to worry about were he will be 
playing his college ball though, because on Wednesday Thomas committed 
to play at Ohio St. Indiana's NewsCenter confirmed with Thomas on 
Friday evening that a commitment had been made to OSU head coach Thad 
Matta. Thomas says the academics and Matta were the two selling points 
in his decision and that there was no need to look at anymore schools. 
As a freshman at Luers Thomas was second in the state in scoring. He 
joins Greg Oden and Mike Conley Jr. as top Indiana players that Matta 
has taken out of the Hoosier state.
