[Oskee] how to get rose bowl tickets

So - is there a way for non-season ticketholders to get rose bowl
tickets?  I have an option to get tickets from a friend... but they
are in the USC section, and he'd rather, um, soak some rich USC fans.
(he's a cal alum)  My next stop will be to the AA website to find out
the official scoop, but I was curious if anyone had a good line on
other options.
